Teachers act as facilitators or coaches, using interactive discussions and “hands-on” approaches to help students learn and apply concepts in subjects such as science, mathematics, or English; encouraging students to work in collaboration to solve problems.
Education administrators provide instructional leadership as well as manage the day-to-day activities in schools, preschools, daycare centers, and colleges and universities. Smooth operation of an educational institution requires competent administrators.
Counselors assist people with personal, family, educational, mental health, and career decisions and problems.

Educational Requirements
The educational services industry employs some of the most highly educated workers in the labor force. Almost 2 in 3 employees have at least a bachelor’s degree, which is required for nearly all professional occupations. Many professional occupations also require a master’s degree or doctorate.
